Cancellation & Refund Policy
Welcome to Bagh Travel. Our website address is baghtravel.com. By booking any tour, safari, transfer, hotel stay, or travel-related service through our website, you agree to the following cancellation and refund policy.
1. Booking Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is confirmed only after receiving advance payment or full payment.
- Customers will receive confirmation through WhatsApp, email, or phone.
2. Cancellation by Customer
Tour Package :
- Cancellation made 15 days before travel date: Eligible for up to 80% refund.
- Cancellation made 7–14 days before travel date: Eligible for up to 50% refund.
- Cancellation made within 7 days of travel: Non-refundable.
Same Day Tours & Last-Minute Bookings :
- Same day bookings and urgent bookings are generally non-refundable.
Safari Bookings :
- Jungle safari bookings are governed by forest department rules.
- Once safari permits are generated, safari amounts may become non-refundable.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be transferred using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Transaction charges, gateway fees, taxes, or government charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
4. Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to:
- Natural disasters
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Operational issues
- Vehicle breakdowns
- Insufficient participation
In such situations:
- Alternative arrangements may be offered, or
- Refunds may be provided as per applicable conditions.
5. No Show Policy
- Failure to arrive on time for safari, pickup, or tour departure will be treated as a “No Show.”
- No refund will be applicable in such cases.
6. Hotel & Third-Party Services
Hotels, safari permits, boating activities, and third-party services may have separate cancellation policies. Refunds depend on the policies of the respective service providers.
